These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website tyrosboutiquehouses.gr and every reservation of accommodation at Tyros Boutique Houses (Villa Anastasia, Villa Elisavet, Villa Christine, Villa Aggeliki) in Tyros, Arcadia. By making a reservation you accept these terms.

2. Reservations and payment

  • Reservations are made through the booking engine on this website, by email or by phone. A reservation is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us.
  • Prices are quoted in euro (€) and include VAT. Any statutory taxes or fees that are not included in the rate (for example the climate resilience fee charged per night under Greek law) are stated at the time of booking and are payable at the property.
  • The deposit and payment terms that apply to your reservation are those displayed for the selected rate at the time of booking and repeated in your confirmation.
  • Payments are processed by our booking engine provider and its payment partners. We do not store full payment card details.

3. Cancellations, changes and no-shows

  • The cancellation policy depends on the rate you selected and is shown at the time of booking and in your confirmation. Cancellations must be sent in writing to [email protected].
  • Changes of dates or villa are subject to availability and may change the price.
  • If you do not arrive on the agreed date without prior notice (no-show), the reservation may be cancelled and the amount provided for in the rate’s cancellation policy will be charged.

4. Check-in and check-out

  • Check-in and check-out times are stated in your reservation details. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible on request and subject to availability.
  • All guests must present a valid identity card or passport on arrival. Greek law requires accommodation providers to register guest details.
  • The villa may be occupied only by the number of persons stated in the reservation.

5. House rules

  • Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 15:00–17:30 and 23:00–07:00.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside the villas.

6. Liability

We take every care to ensure that your stay is safe and comfortable. We are not liable for loss of or damage to guests’ personal belongings, vehicles or valuables, nor for events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure, extreme weather, strikes, interruptions of public utilities). Use of the swimming pools, the beach and the outdoor areas is at the guests’ own risk; children must be supervised at all times.

7. Website content

All texts, photographs, videos and logos on this website belong to Tyros Boutique Houses E.E. or are used with permission and may not be copied or reused without our written consent. Information on the website is provided in good faith; we reserve the right to correct errors and update prices and availability.

8. Personal data

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Greek law. For any dispute the courts of Piraeus, Greece are competent, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Consumers may also refer disputes to the Hellenic Consumer’s Ombudsman (www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr), an alternative dispute resolution body.
